Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Sea Turtle, Inc. on Sunday, April 5, during a fun and educational Easter Egg Hunt on South Padre Island. The facility will be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the egg hunt beginning at 1:00 PM. Children can explore the grounds to hunt for colorful eggs while learning about sea turtle conservation and the important work being done to rescue and rehabilitate injured turtles. Guests are encouraged to bring their own baskets and keep an eye out for special surprises hidden among the eggs. The event is included with regular admission and offers a festive way for families to celebrate Easter while experiencing one of The Island’s most beloved attractions.

Easter Fireworks: A Coastal Tradition
The Easter celebration continues Saturday evening, April 4th, with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the night sky over Laguna Madre Bay. Known as the “Fireworks Capital of Texas,” South Padre Island provides a stunning waterfront setting for the show. Scheduled for 8:30 p.m., the display is free and open to the public and is the perfect finale to the holiday weekend.
